In Zenvia Chat, you can be available and ready to receive and handle customer service requests.
To access this feature and be available for service, go to Zenvia Chat - Agent Profile > enable the Available for chat services option, located in the top right menu.
Remember, when the Available for service option is disabled, you can still pick up a service request that is in the queue if desired. However, if it remains disabled, you will not receive any service requests.
