Invoices

Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available on the platform for users with an administrator profile. They are also sent by email.

To change the email address for receipt, contact us at: financeiro.cvlatam@zenvia.com.


Additional users

What are they?
Extra licenses contracted beyond your current plan.

How to purchase?
Request via email: financeiro.cvlatam@zenvia.com

How to cancel?
The account administrator can cancel directly on the platform or by email to conversion.suporte@zenvia.com.


Credits (WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook)

How does credit billing work?
You pay in the month following consumption.

Can I buy credits in advance?
Yes! Just request it by email.

How to check my usage and balance?

  1. Log in to the platform with an administrator profile.
  2. Go to Settings > Account Status.

WhatsApp Line

How is it billed?
It can be billed monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually. The due date is 20 days after the invoice is issued.


Payment methods

  • Brazil: Credit card or bank slip
  • Argentina and Mexico: Credit card or wire transfer (for amounts over USD 1,000)
  • USA and other countries: Credit card or wire transfer

⚠️ Cash or PayPal payments are not accepted.


Change credit card

  1. Log in as administrator.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing Profile.
  3. Edit or add a new credit card.

Cancel account

Cancellation must be requested to our support team.
