If you prefer a more guided approach to creating a chatbot, the Construction Assistant is the ideal solution.
It uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically create conversation flows, allowing you to focus only on adjusting the necessary details for your reality.
With this format, you can create chatbots for different purposes, such as scheduling appointments, service evaluations, or answering frequently asked questions, simply and quickly. All you need to do is describe the actions the chatbot should perform, and the AI will handle the rest.
Example of use
Imagine you need to create a chatbot for a real estate agency where clients can ask questions about rental properties. With the Assistant, you can quickly set up this chatbot, defining the service stages from the initial greeting to closing the conversation.
In this article, we will create this example chatbot. By following the tutorial, you will be able to create a functional chatbot and adjust it according to your needs, providing a personalized customer service experience.

- Give the chatbot a name that clearly identifies it.
- Choose the creation format Using the construction assistant.
Guide the Chatbot Construction
-
In the writing field, describe what the chatbot should do. For our example, a description could be:
Create a chatbot for flight booking. When greeting the user, indicate the website www.bookflights.com for account validation. Request information about the user's travel preferences and any specific needs. Conclude the conversation by assuring that as soon as we find the ideal flight, they will be promptly notified.
-
Click on Create chatbot.
Adjust Final Details
After creating the chatbot, you will be directed to the Builder screen and will soon see the created conversation flow and the respective construction stages.
To tailor it to the reality and personality of your company, simply review the flows created by the AI and adjust them as needed.
For example, you can change the order of the questions or add new information to make the conversation more complete if desired.
Once finalized, your chatbot will be ready to be linked to the desired channel and start interacting with your customers.

Extra Tips
To help you achieve good results when guiding the chatbot construction, check out some tips below:
- Make sure the description is clear about the task or question you want the AI to perform. Avoid ambiguities and provide enough details to guide the AI.
- Be explicit about the desired action or response; start the sentence with an imperative verb or an action command. A good practice is to include a question or phrase that clearly indicates what you need.
- Avoid generic or vague phrases that might confuse and generate inaccurate responses.
- Provide adequate context. If the action requires context or additional information, include it in the description so that the AI can better understand.
- Use easily understood words and avoid overly long commands, as they can cause the AI to lose focus or confuse the main action.
