Tags provide the ability to organize and categorize broadcast messages based on criteria such as target audience, subject, or type of action, making it easier to search for specific triggers and analyze their performance metrics.
Furthermore, tags can be used to create custom filters, allowing you to view only the broadcast that meet specific criteria. This is useful for identifying broadcasts that did not achieve the desired results, for example.
⚠️ Attention: This feature is available only for users with the Operator or Admin profiles.
Create tags
Tags are associated with the broadcast and customizable, so you can create and assign them as needed. To create a new tag:
- Select the desired channel for the trigger;
- In the first creation step, click on Create new tag;
- Choose a name that reflects the purpose of the tag you are creating. For example, if the tag is intended to track the performance of Black Friday broadcasts, name it "Black Friday.". The tag name can contain up to 70 characters.
- Finish by clicking on Create and add tag.
💡 Tip: It's not possible to edit or delete labels, but you can create as many as you need.
Search for created tags
The search for a tag can be done by clicking on the dropdown menu to open the list or manually:
- Click on the Tag list search field;
- Type the name of the desired tag;
- Click on the label to assign it to the trigger.
Assign tags to a broadcast
With the tag created:
- In the first step of trigger creation, select one or more tags available in the Tag list.
You can add up to five tags to the broadcast. To disassociate a tag from the broadcast, simply click on the "X" next to its name.
💡 Tip: If you assign multiple tags to the same broadcast, they will be displayed side by side. You are allowed to use up to 05 labels per campaign.
How to filter and track broadcasts
You can filter and manage your triggers by one or more tags. To do this:
- In Analytics > Broadcasts click on Filters and combine with the available options. You can filter by period, channel, and/or broadcast creator;
- Select the label(s) or type the desired name in the search field;
- Click on Apply filters to view the broadcasts reports.
Now you know how to label broadcasts and how they help organize and manage your broadcasts.
