Track the performance of your broadcasts in Analytics > Broadcasts and have a consolidated view of your campaigns. The tool centralizes all created, scheduled, and canceled broadcasts, facilitating performance tracking.
⚠️ Attention: This feature is only available to users with the Viewer, Operator or Admin profiles.
The information is presented in sections, namely: My Dispatches, Message Volumetrics, Disptaches in progress, and Track campaign dispatch. Check the details below.
My Dispacthes
In My Dispatches, the total number of messages sent is shown, along with the distribution by the broadcast status: completed, scheduled, and canceled.
By clicking on the arrow next to each quantity by processing status, you are directed to the list below with the filter of that type of broadcast.
The consolidated delivery rate is the average of the messages sent considering all broadcasts in the contracted channels.
The data refers to the last 30 days and is based on the channels contracted by your organization.
Message Volumetrics
Displays the volume of broadcasts for each contracted channel over the last 07, 30, or 60 days.
Each card represents a contracted channel and includes the quantity of broadcasts made in that channel and the percentage of broadcasts delivered.
Dispatches in Progress
If there are one or more broadcasts in progress, they will be listed here, each with the following information:

Name, start date, and time of the broadcast;

Progress bar with the percentage of broadcast processing;

Pause icon : clicking this button pauses the broadcast;

Cancellation icon : clicking this button cancels the broadcast.
Track campaign dispatch
It is the list of broadcasts that gathers details of scheduled, completed, or canceled broadcasts.
In the list of completed broadcasts, you can compare the performance of your broadcasts. The list consists of the following columns:

Broadcast name: it is the name assigned to the broadcast, followed by the date and time of creation of the broadcast and the email of the person who created it;

Channel: can be SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and RCS;

Status: indicates whether the broadcast was Completed, Scheduled, or Canceled;

Sent at: indicates the date and time of broadcast sending;

Tag: it is the name of the tag assigned to the broadcast;
- More Options : In the three-dot menu, you can choose between View details to access specific information about a broadcast or delete the broadcast by clicking on Delete shot.
Filter broadcasts
Broadcasts can be filtered by:

Search field: enables search by the name or email of the person who made the broadcast;
- Broadcast status: Completed, Scheduled, or Canceled;

Sending period: by default, broadcasts made in the last 30 days are shown, however, it is possible to choose the last 7, 15, 90 days, or overall period;

Apply filters : you can apply more advanced filters, including by status, period, channel, by user created, and tags. Simply click on Apply filters, select the desired shot information for analysis, and click Apply filters again. The listing will be automatically updated with the corresponding results.
Done! Now just click on the broadcast name to view the details of a specific broadcast.
