The Zenvia Customer Cloud Notification Center centralizes essential notifications for your daily activities, allowing you to view them at any time.

⚠️ Attention: This feature is available for all access profiles (Viewer, Agent, Operator, and Admin).

Access Notifications

In the horizontal navigation menu, you will see a bell icon with a counter indicating the number of unread notifications. 

Clicking on the bell icon will display the notification list, allowing you to read the content or be directed to a specific page.

Some examples of notifications are:

  • Invoice Available Notification: Informs about new invoices available for payment or nearing due date and allows you to download them.

  • New Message Notification: Alerts about new ongoing interactions or customer replies, showing the contact's name, the received message, and directing to the conversation.

  • File Download Notification: Alerts when a downloaded file is ready to be viewed.

Filter Notifications

Notifications can be filtered by category:

  1. All: Displays all notifications.

  2. General: Includes broad notifications, such as new contacts for commercial support and alerts about integration status (e.g., Google Sheets, Mailchimp).

  3. Operational: Related to internal operations and daily activities, with specific filters. See below

Operational Notifications

Within the Operational category, you can filter more specific notifications. Click the funnel   and select the notifications you want to view:

  • Notes: Alerts for notes sent by the administrator, without generating evidence for end customers.

  • Mentions: Notifications when you are mentioned in a conversation, without evidence for end customers.

  • Transfers: Alerts about conversations transferred to you or from your conversations transferred to another agent.

  • Reminders: Alerts about overdue reminders.

  • Messages: Notifications about new messages or replies in ongoing conversations.

  • Recontacts: Alerts about returned contacts whose conversation was previously closed.

💡 Tip: To clear the applied filters, simply click the funnel icon .

Notification Preferences

To customize your notifications:

  1. Click the gear icon located in the Notification Center;

  2. Customize the notifications in the Center. Notifications in the Center cannot be turned off, but you can enable or disable the sound alert:

    1. Sound Off Icon :  Indicates that the sound alert is off. Click to turn on the sound.

    2. The Sound On Icon : Indicates that the sound alert is on. Click to turn off the sound.

  3. Customize notifications in the Browser. If you prefer to receive notifications directly in the browser, even when the software is closed, enable or disable the notifications.

    1. Notification Disabled Icon : Indicates that the notification will not be displayed in the browser. Click to enable.

    2. Notification Enabled Icon : Indicates that the notification will be displayed in the browser. Click to disable.

  4. Clicking the icons will apply the changes instantly.
