In this article, you'll find examples of actions that can be carried out using the integration between the OMIE system and Zenvia Customer Cloud.

Below, we've listed two use cases per segment to better illustrate how you can benefit from this integration.

E-commerce 🛒

1️⃣ Abandoned Cart Recovery
Scenario: Customers added products to their cart but didn’t complete the purchase.
Action: Use Zenvia Customer Cloud to send personalized messages (via WhatsApp or email) with a reminder and incentive, such as free shipping or a discount. OMIE can track inventory and ensure the item is still available.

2️⃣ Automatic Post-Sale Follow-up
Scenario: A customer recently completed a purchase.
Action: Automatically send messages with delivery status, usage instructions, or satisfaction surveys, integrating sales and inventory data via OMIE.

Financial Services 💳

1️⃣ Personalized Payment Reminders
Scenario: Customers with upcoming or overdue invoices.
Action: OMIE identifies the financial status; Customer Cloud sends automated reminders with renegotiation options or payment links.

2️⃣ Campaigns for Complementary Financial Products
Scenario: Customers using only one service (e.g., accounting).
Action: Launch multichannel campaigns with suggestions for complementary services (e.g., payroll management, financial BPO), based on usage data from OMIE.
