The API Reporting section allows you to track the performance of sent and received SMS messages within Zenvia Customer Cloud. With these reports, you can:

  • monitor SMS text messages and replies;

  • track delivery statuses;

  • analyze message volumes;

  • view detailed information for each send;

  • identify failures or blocks;

  • investigate replies received from contacts.

The reports were designed to provide a consolidated and detailed view of SMS operations directly within the platform.

💡 Who can use it: The following roles can view this feature:

  • Administrator

  • Operator

  • Franchisees

Even if the user profile is enabled, access to reports depends on the permissions configured for the account.

How to Access API Reports

  1. In the platform's sidebar menu, click Analytics.

  2. Select the API Sends option.

  3. You will find the available reports to track your SMS messages.

The screen features two main tabs:

  • Sent: allows you to track the number of SMS messages sent and their delivery status.

  • Replied: allows you to monitor the volume of incoming SMS replies.

Available Filters

Reports can be customized using the following filters:

  • View type: allows you to toggle between Monthly and Daily views.

  • Period: allows you to select the desired date range using the Year and Month filters.

Available Actions

In the Actions column, click the three-dot menu to view options related to the selected period.

The List SMS option opens a screen with detailed information about the messages for that period. Depending on the report you are viewing, the detailed list may include information such as:

  • recipient's number;

  • message content;

  • delivery date and time;

  • message status;

  • failure reason;

  • carrier;

  • content of replies received.

SMS Statuses

SMS reports provide information regarding the status of sent messages.

📤 Sent: The SMS has been sent and is awaiting delivery confirmation.

✅ Delivered: The carrier has confirmed that the message reached the recipient's device.

❌ Not Delivered: The SMS was not delivered to the recipient. This can happen due to reasons such as:

  • invalid number;

  • phone turned off;

  • device out of coverage area;

  • inactive line;

  • carrier unavailability;

  • network failures.

🚫 Blocked: The SMS was blocked and will not be delivered. This can occur due to:

⚠️ Important: Blocked messages are not billed.
