If you wish to cancel your Zenvia Customer Cloud plan, you can submit a request directly through the Instant Support feature available in the Zenvia App. The process is straightforward: simply start a chat and state that you would like to cancel. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate team, who will handle the rest of the process.

Steps to request cancellation

Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Zenvia App and log in to your account.

  2. Click on Instant Support.

  3. In the message field, type a request such as: "I want to cancel my plan."

  4. Provide the reason for cancellation when prompted.

What happens after the request?

Once submitted, a support ticket will be opened automatically, and your request will be routed to the responsible team. From there, just sit tight—our team will proceed with the cancellation and may reach out to you if necessary.

Importante: The cancellation is not completed automatically at the time of the request. The process is subject to review by the responsible team; therefore, there may be specific timelines, contractual conditions, or additional steps required before finalization.
