To access Zenvia Chat, first access the Zenvia platform, go to Products > External Products > Zenvia Chat.
This will open the home screen - Administrator profile area.
How do I set the language?
Zenvia Chat supports three languages, which are loaded at the time of the call. The languages available are Portuguese, English and Spanish. You can set the language when you log in to the environment or from within the tool.
