By enabling the Mercado Libre channel, it is possible that all questions and direct messages sent by customers to your store on this platform will reach Zenvia Chat.
Mercado Libre is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Latin America. It allows sellers and buyers to meet virtually to buy and sell a wide variety of products, from electronics and clothing to decorative items and cars. Mercado Libre´s marketplace approach provides a convenient and diverse shopping experience for millions of users.

To access this channel, go to Zenvia Chat - Administrator Profile > Settings > Channels > Mercado Libre.


  1. Click on the + button in the top right-hand corner and then go to Request Permission.
  2. Log in to your store's Mercado Livre account and click Log In.
  3. Finally, associate your store's channel with one of your departments and click Finish.

That's it! Your channel is now integrated with Zenvia Chat. From now on, when you reply to your customer, the message is automatically updated on Mercado Libre.
