Log in to Zenvia Conversion, go to Settings and in the Account Status section you'll find important information about your plan, the number of users, your balance, business names, payment orders and spending. Next, you will see what each of them means:

Account status

First you'll see the plan type you have, the number of users that are enabled and the balance. In the following example, it is a Pro Plan with 5 base users and 100 additional users, with 67 currently active, apart from a debit balance of USD -89.59 (in the case of a positive balance, this section will show the available credit that have):

The Balance tile shows the amount you have spent on your conversation channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). This value is the sum of all the initial messages sent and received by your agents.

If you click on "See spending" you'll be taken to a detailed view of your spending.

Business Names

This graph shows which businesses are using the service and the percentage of the expenses each will need to pay.

Payment Orders

In this table you can see all payment orders differentiated by company name. If you click on the eye icon, you can see the details of what each company must pay. In this table you can also see your invoices, on the right side of it. These receipts are NOT valid for tax purposes.

Spending

In this section you will see the spending of each of your conversation channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) through a table that shows:
Group: the group the expense correponds to.
Description: the type of expense (initial message received or sent).
Quantity: number of initial messages sent or received by day and group.
Total: this shows the total cost for these conversations. It is calculated by multiplying quantity by price.
Balance: this is the cumulative total for the month.

Spending are generated based on payment orders. These documents are valid for tax purposes and are final. This data can be downloaded by clicking on the indicated icon at the top right of the screen.
