I want to increase my licenses/agents, how do I do it?

To expand your licenses or increase the number of agents in the Admin panel, go to Account > Plan and licenses, click on the Change plan and licenses button. This opens the Adjust plan and licenses screen. In the Configure the number of licenses option, you can change the number of licenses up or down by clicking on the + and - icons, or by typing it in manually. Finally, click on Send request.

 

How do I switch to the Advanced plan?

If you have the Intermediate plan and want to switch to the Advanced plan, in the Admin panel, under Account > Plan and licenses, you will see the Get to know the plan button. Click on it and find out more about the Advanced plan.

 

What features are available in the Advanced plan?

How long is the Service History visible for?

On the Intermediate plan, for 120 days. In the Advanced plan, this feature is enabled for 2 years.

 

Which channels are available in the plans?

The channels available are: WhatsApp, Webchat, Email, Facebook Messenger, Mercado Livre, Telegram and Voice. However, WhatsApp and Voice are charged separately.

 

What kind of customizations can I have?

Customization of the Chat widget and Custom Agent Profile. However, Custom Agent Profile customization is only available for the Advanced plan.
