The Monitor Activities feature allows you to track, in detail, all interactions and actions performed by your agents in Zenvia Conversion.

With this feature, you can:

  • Analyze archived conversations, transfers, closures, and other activities.
  • Track agent productivity.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of your customer service and conversion strategies.
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities.

How to access

  1. In the side menu, click on Monitor Activities.
  2. Use the available filters to refine the analysis:
    1. Period: set specific dates.
    2. Team: select teams.
    3. Agent: choose individual agents.


What can you do?

  • View details of performed activities, such as archiving, reopening, closing, sending messages, among other actions.
  • Filter data for specific analysis.
  • Access the full conversation: click on See chat to be directed straight to the chat of that conversation.
  • Download report: receive an email with a link to download the detailed report of the filtered activities. The link remains available for 7 days. After that period, you will need to generate a new download.
