To send a PayPal link and have this registered in Zenvia Conversion, an administrator on your team must first activate the application. For that, check out this help article.

1 - From the conversation with your client, go to the + sign of the conversation in which you want to register the sale and click on the PayPal icon:

2 - Then, a box will appear in which you must complete the item, price, quantity and the total amount: 

3 - Press Create and send. You will see the link in the conversation. Your client can click on it and continue with the payment process:
