How to request contact details with Zenvia Conversion Bots

With Zenvia Conversion Bots you can request your client's name, email, and WhatsApp.
 

To activate this feature:

 

1- Go to Customer service channels 

 

2- Select the channel. This can be one of your WhatsApp lines or a Facebook page.

 

3- In Zenvia Conversion Bots, select the Ask for contact information option.

 

4- If you have selected a WhatsApp line or a Facebook messenger channel, you can activate the questions: "What is your name?" and/or "What is your email address?".

 

5- Click Save to activate these questions.

 

IMPORTANT: it is very helpful to ask clients who reach you through Facebook for their WhatsApp number. That way you can add them as a contact for a more fluid communication.
