⚠️ Attention: The form must be filled out exclusively by the service subscriber. According to our terms and conditions, the cancellation request must be made at least 30 days before the renewal of your next account to avoid additional charges.

How to cancel the account

To cancel the account, it is necessary to complete a form in full. This ensures that your request is properly forwarded to our responsible team.

To request your cancellation, follow the steps below:

1. Open the cancellation form, confirm your email, and choose the desired language.

2. Fill in all the form steps with the requested information, such as your company's data and your personal information.

3. Indicate the main reasons that led you to the decision to cancel your Zenvia Conversion account.

4. After filling in all the information and accepting the terms and conditions, click the Send button to complete the cancellation request.

Done! The submission of this form will open a ticket for the responsible department to finalize the cancellation of your plan within 7 days. 

Soon, you will receive a response from our team in the registered email with all the information about your former plan, but we can also contact you by phone to validate any data.

⚠️ Attention: At the end of this cancellation process, it will not be possible to reactivate the account. To do so, it is necessary to make a new subscription. All information about plan charges is sent by e-mail.
