How to edit fields in HSM (pre-approved templates) on your phone
Edit the HSM (Highly Structured Message) messages on the conversation screen. At the moment, only available for Android.
From your Android phone:
1- Enter the conversation in which you want to send the message.
2- Select the template icon or "/".
3- Click on the message and the editor will appear. You can correct errors, modify the message according to the client, and complete empty fields. Tap DONE to conclude.
4- Send your message as you usually do, to Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp clients.
⚠️ Attention: Starting on 08/31/2024, our mobile app will no longer be compatible with Android devices running version 7 or lower. Only devices with Android 8 or higher will be able to install or update the app.
