To start the activation, request the API key from your Cliengo account manager.

Once you have it, go to Integrations and click on Cliengo and enter the API Key in the appropriate section. Click CHECK API KEY.

Once the system validates the API Key, you'll be able to select the sites you'd like to receive leads from and download them to Zenvia Conversion.

In the Source space, assign a name to the lead source.

Don't forget to assign the desired distribution rule for this channel and choose any other additional configurations. Activate the channel using the switch you'll find in the upper right corner, and click Save.
