Try the following steps if you are experiencing difficulty with Zenvia Conversion's mobile app
 

Occasionally, you may experience issues with your Zenvia Conversion app, whether you use it on Android or iOS. If you are having this problem, you can try the steps below:

 
 

1 - On your phone, go to settinsg and go to Apps> Manage apps:

 

2 - Search for Zenvia Conversion and click on Clean data > Empty cache:

 
 

3 - Next, uninstall Zenvia Conversion and restart your phone.

 

4 - Then go to the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and donwload Zenvia Conversion again.

 

This step is to ensure that you are using the latest version of the app. This should resolve the issue!

 

Check whether the error persists. If so, go to the app settings and check whether all permissions are allowed, as shown below:

For iOS:

 

1 - First, try the same steps listed above for Android, and if that is not possible simply uninstall and re-install the app.

 

If the problem continues, please contact our Support Team so they can review your case and help resolve it.

⚠️ Attention: Starting on 08/31/2024, our mobile app will no longer be compatible with Android devices running version 7 or lower. Only devices with Android 8 or higher will be able to install or update the app.
