How to contact the Support Team

The Support team is responsible for providing technical assistance, answering questions, and resolving specific issues related to our services. 

In Zenvia Conversion, all Support interactions occur through Zoe, our virtual assistant. This allows us to provide faster ticket resolution.

If you can't find the answer you're looking for in our Help Center, here's how to get in touch with us:

On the desktop version, on your computer

There are three ways to contact the Support team and submit your request, all through the side menu but in different locations.

Help Center Menu

In the left-hand side menu, click on the question mark icon, also known as the Help Center. Then, select Support.

A chat will open in the bottom right corner for you to initiate your interaction with Zoe and receive support from our team.

Overview Menu

Another way to contact us is from the Zenvia Conversion home screen.

In the left-hand side menu, go to Overview and click on the chat icon located in the bottom corner to start your interaction with Zoe.

Customer service channel Menu

The third way to contact our Support team is through the Customer service channel menu.

In the left-hand side menu, go to Customer service channel and click on the chat icon located in the bottom corner to start your interaction with Zoe.

Through the app, on your mobile

Go to the bottom menu and click on Settings > Support to contact the Support team.

After that, you will be redirected to the chat to submit your support request.

You can also contact us via email at conversion.suporte@zenvia.com.


⚠️ Attention: Only users registered as Administrators in the Basic Plan and users of the Pro Plan have access to request assistance from the Support team. Trial Plan customers also don't have access to the chat, only support via email.
