Transferring the contact list from Zenvia Conversion to Zenvia Attraction

Understand how the transferring of Zenvia Conversion contacts to Zenvia Attraction works to maintain the same contact database and avoid duplicate numbers in your list.

⚠️ Attention: It is necessary to subscribe to both Zenvia Attraction and Zenvia Conversion solutions to use the transferring. This functionality only occurs when the integration is active.

About the functionality

This feature helps unify the contact database across both platforms. Create and transfer contact lists from Zenvia Conversion to Zenvia Attraction for mass messaging and marketing campaigns.

For example, If you create a campaign in Zenvia Attraction, send the message to 100 contacts, and 80 of them respond, these 80 contacts will be automatically created in Zenvia Conversion as well.

How to set up

To perform the setup, follow the steps below:

1. Access the Contact List in Zenvia Conversion.

2. Select the desired contacts for your campaign or mass messaging, then click on the megaphone icon.



⚠️ Attention: The limit of contacts on a list is 50.000.

. Choose the name for the contact list you wish to create. Then, click on Create List.

💡 Tip: You can customize the contact list name as you prefer. It is recommended to align it with the objectives of your campaigns in Zenvia Attraction.

4. After that, your contact list will be created.
To find your lists, simply search for the created name.


⚠️ Attention: Duplicate contacts using the same phone number will be unified in Zenvia Attraction. And contacts without a registered phone number in Zenvia Conversion will not be created in Zenvia Attraction.
