Chats is a feature where your sales team interacts with leads, prospects, and clients using the shared inbox. During message exchanges, you can perform overflow to human assistance, send videos, images, links, audio, and make calls.
You can automate first contact messages, use our chatbot to schedule automatic responses, and set up messages for lead qualification or satisfaction surveys.
Contacts
All contacts that get in touch with your company or those you initiated contact with go into the Contact Database. This functionality allows for broadcasting transmission messages and analyzing the origin or reasons for closure. You also find the lead's creation date, the assigned category, and their status.
Marketplace

Located in the side menu, simply go to the question mark icon and click on Status Page.
You can view the status of all available components, those under maintenance, and those currently disrupted, for example. Additionally, you can see upcoming maintenance dates, including the time and which components will be affected.
