In this documentation, you'll find a step-by-step guide on how to create a new account and login to Zenvia Conversion. Start using all the features of our solution!

Create an Account

Learn the necessary steps to create your account on Zenvia Conversion.

1. Access App.zenvia;

2. Go to Product > Solutions > Zenvia Conversion in the top menu;

You'll be directed to the Zenvia Conversion login page.

3. Click on Sign up;

4. Fill in the fields with your personal information, such as name, WhatsApp number, email, and password;

⚠️ Attention: Your phone number undergoes validation. Once validated, you can proceed with your registration.

5. Click on the Create your account button;

6. Confirm your registration via email. Then, log in to Zenvia Conversion.

There you go! You've completed the steps to register.

How to Log In

With your registration done and validated, you can log in to Zenvia Conversion via the Zenvia Platform or directly on our solution's login page. Check it out:

Login through the Zenvia Platform

1. Access App.zenvia;

2. Click on Products in the top menu;

3. Go to the Solutions tab and select Zenvia Conversion;

4. Enter your email and password or log in with Google.

There you go! Now you're on the Zenvia Conversion home screen.

Login via Direct Access

1. Visit our website: https://web.zenvia.com/zenvia-conversion/login

2. Click on the Log in with SSO button;

💡 Tip: Learn more about SSO at Zenvia Conversion.

3. Enter your registered email and click Next.

There you go! Now you'll be directed to the Zenvia Conversion home screen.

⚠️ Attention: If the provided credentials are incorrect, an error message will be displayed. In this case, enter the information again.

How to Recover or Change Your Password

If you need to change or recover your password for Zenvia Conversion, follow the steps below.

Password Change via SSO

1. Access the authentication tool;

2. Enter your username and password;

3. Look for Password Change or Single Sign-On in the settings;

4. Enter a new password.

💡 Tip: If you don't remember the password, there's a button in the login fields to change or recover the password immediately.

Direct Password Change

1. Click on https://web.zenvia.com/zenvia-conversion/password/reset to be directed to the Account Recovery page;

2. Enter your email registered in Zenvia Conversion;

3. Click on the Send email button.

We'll send a link to your email for you to set up the new password. After that, log in again. Done!
