Using a model, you can simplify the process of creating a chatbot and build it more practically.

These templates function as pre-configured structures that already include the main conversational flows and features you need, such as FAQs, Appointments, and Surveys.

Use a model

Templates allow you to select an existing flow and adapt it to your needs. This way, you can focus on customizing the information without having to build everything from scratch. For example:

  • FAQ: Ideal for creating a question-and-answer system. This template helps automate responses to frequently asked questions, optimizing customer service.

  • Assessment: Use this template to conduct satisfaction surveys with your customers. It's a great way to receive feedback about your business and identify areas for improvement.

  • Scheduling: Use this template to schedule appointments, meetings, or visits. This template facilitates the collection of information about dates and times and stores this data.

Practical example tutorial

Create a new chatbot

  1. Access the New Chatbot page and select Flow Chatbot.
  2. Give the chatbot a name that clearly identifies it.
  3. Choose the template creation format.

Choose from the available models

When starting the creation of your chatbot, you will see an option to choose between three templates: FAQ, Assessment, or Scheduling. Choose the template that best suits your needs.

Then, click on Create Chatbot.

Adjust final details

With the template selected and the chatbot created, you will be directed to the Builder screen and will soon see the conversational flow created with the respective construction steps.

To match the reality and personality of your company, simply review the created flows and adjust them as needed.

For example, include your company’s name at the beginning of the flow, add specific information such as available Scheduling times, questions and answers for the FAQ, or satisfaction questions for the Assessment.

When finished, your chatbot will be ready to be linked to the desired channel and start interacting with your customers.
