Starting from scratch, you have full control to determine each step and interaction, tailoring the chatbot to the specific needs of your project.

This approach is recommended for users who are already familiar with creating conversational flows or who need a custom solution that cannot be achieved with predefined templates or assistants.

Usage Example

Imagine your company is launching a new product, and you want to create a chatbot that can answer specific questions about this launch.

The Blank option allows you to build this chatbot exactly as needed, without predefined limitations.

With this flexibility, you can define the conversation logic, choose the best actions for each scenario, and, if necessary, incorporate artificial intelligence to provide more advanced and personalized responses.

Practical Example Tutorial

Create a New Chatbot

  1. Go to the New Chatbot page and select Flow Chatbot.

  2. Give the chatbot a name that clearly identifies it.

  3. Choose the Blank creation format.

  4. Click Create Chatbot.

Create a Conversational Flow from Scratch

With the chatbot created, you will be directed to the Builder screen and can create the conversational flow with its respective construction steps.
