01. Text Message: Adding Content in the Chatbot

In Zenvia Customer Cloud, the Text Message feature is crucial in the chatbot as it allows you to initiate interaction with your user. For example, you can start with a welcome message, then proceed to ask your customer what they desire, and so forth.
This feature enables the communication you need with your customer, hence the importance of crafting good sentences, questions, and answers.

How to Access

The Text Message content is available in the bot Constructor, and to access it, simply click on the three dots of the block or anywhere on it.
This will open the Block Details modal, then follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on Add content.
  2. Choose Text Message.
  3. Include your text.
  4. Finally, click Save or Cancel.

Note that the text message content accepts HTML format, meaning you can write HTML code directly into the field. You have options such as bold, italic, strikethrough, ordered and unordered lists. You can also include a URL to add a link in your text.
