On this page, we will learn how to edit, rename, duplicate, and delete a rule and what general information is available about automations.
How to access the list of automations
In the side menu, go to Analytics > Automations. Then, the list of all created automations is displayed.
The automation list consists of the following columns:
- Rule name;
- Its status, which can be:
- Active: indicates that your automation is functional;
- Paused: indicates that your automation is paused.
- The scheduling date of the rule, if any;
- The trigger that initiates the flow;
- The last update made, which can be the creation date or any later moment when some editing was done.
Finally, by clicking on the three-dot menu, you will find the options: Edit; Rename; Duplicate; Delete.

The editing option allows you to view the flow of an automation and edit it. To do this, click on the three-dot menu and select the Edit option. The builder screen is displayed with the previously created flow.
Rename a flow
To change the name of your automation, click on the three-dot menu and select the Rename option. Then, simply type the desired name in the text field and click Rename.
Duplicate an automation
