With this integration, it is possible to send PayPal payment links to your contacts during interactions in Zenvia Customer Cloud. Additionally, you have the flexibility to choose the currency and view notes and reports of confirmed and pending payments.
⚠️ Attention: This functionality is available only for users with the profiles of Operator and Admin.
How to Install PayPal
To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Access the side menu Customer Service > Integrations;
2. Click on the + button, located in the bottom right corner;
3. Choose PayPal;
4. Select a group to assign the application;
5. Click on Install.
Done! The application is installed. Now, you can make the desired configurations to use it.
Advanced PayPal Settings
In the application settings screen, click on the button to log in and connect to your PayPal account. Grant the requested permissions and select Activate > Save.
Done! Now your users can share payment links during interactions with their contacts.
