Important: Before following the instructions, make sure the feature is available for your access profile.

The link shortener allows you to transform long URLs into short versions that are easy to share and track.

With it, you can include cleaner links in messages, emails, or campaigns, keeping your communication visually organized and professional while making it easier to monitor metrics.

Why shorten links?

Shortening URLs offers benefits such as:

  • More space in messages: use shorter texts and include more important information.
  • Better appearance: short links make communication clearer and more appealing.
  • Performance tracking: monitor how many clicks each link receives.
  • More clicks (CTR): short and clean URLs tend to generate higher engagement.
