01. Plans and contracts in Zenvia Customer Cloud

The subscription to a Zenvia Customer Cloud plan must be made on the Zenvia website. It is necessary to combine a Software Plan with a Channel Package.

Software Plan

This plan includes Zenvia Customer Cloud features, as well as the number of InteractionZ and users.

  • InteractionZ: These are interaction credits used for all interactions within Zenvia Customer Cloud.
  • Users: The number of licenses that allows a certain number of users to access and use the software simultaneously. Each license represents an individual authorization for software use.

Types of Software Plans

Zenvia Customer Cloud offers five types of software plans: Starter, Specialist, Expert, Professional, and Enterprise.

Channel Package

The channel plan allows the use of different communication channels for mass messaging, with volumes defined by the session value of each channel.

⚠️ Attention: The channel package is not cumulative between months, but it offers flexibility to switch between the chosen channels.

Details about prices and features of each plan are available on the Zenvia website.

How to Check Your Subscribed Plan

To check details about your plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Plans and contracts.
  2. Check the plan details, including the software plan name, channel package name, plan status, contract ID, subscription date, and financial manager.

⚠️ Attention: This feature is only available for Admin users.

Change Payment Method

You can manage your payment methods directly within the software.

Credit Card Payment

To view and/or change the registered credit card:

  1. Click on Manage cards to check the last 4 digits of the card, the cardholder's name, and the expiration date;
  2. To add a new card as a payment method, click on Add card;
  3. Enter the card details as indicated on the My Wallet screen.

Credit card payments result in immediate activation of the subscribed service.

If you cannot add a credit card or are having issues, we suggest checking:

  • If the card numbers are correct;
  • The card's expiration date to ensure it is still valid;
  • The Verification Code (CVV), usually found on the back of the card;
  • If your card is enabled for online purchases. Some may need to be activated for this type of transaction;
  • The available balance or if the credit limit has been reached.

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your card provider for more information and assistance.

Boleto Payment

Payments via boleto can only be made after one month of using the subscribed service.

Boletos and invoices are available under Settings > Financial information.

How to Change Your Plan

To change your plan:

  1. Click on Change plan.
  2. You will receive an email confirming the change, and your current plan will be replaced with the new one.
