06. General list of Zenvia Customer Cloud message templates

After selecting the message templates in the Template library, they will go through Meta's approval process. Once approved, these message templates will appear here, in the General list of templates, and will be available for use.

By using message templates, you ensure standardization, allowing consistency in communications, ensuring that the same message is transmitted uniformly to all recipients. Additionally, it improves efficiency in customer service by providing quick and consistent responses.

To access this functionality, go to the bottom left menu under Settings > Message Templates > Templates masterlist.

In the General List of Templates, you can use the search feature by searching for the configured template name. Or you can filter by the desired message template, which can be by status and/or channel:

  • Status: Approved, Canceled, Disabled, Paused, Rejected, Awaiting WhatsApp update, Awaiting WhatsApp submission, Awaiting automatic check, Awaiting WhatsApp review.
  • Channel: WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and Email.

With this, a general listing of message templates will be presented. You can view all this information in order to analyze and monitor your message templates with the organization's ID (identification number) template name, text, integrated channel, status of this message template, and the date of the last update.
