Scheduled test drives Analysis is a feature of the Analytics module of Zenvia Customer Cloud that provides reports on requests for demonstrations of your product. If your company is a dealership, for example, you can register all TestDrives for a car.
The metrics are derived from conversations held in the Sales module. You can filter the data by groups and time period to thoroughly review your team's operations.
⚠️ Attention: This feature is available to users with Viewer, Operator, and Admin profiles. Additionally, it's necessary to have the TestDrive application integrated into your account.
How to Analyze TestDrive Data
To access this feature, simply go to Analytics > Sales > Scheduled test drives.
Check what each column in the graph represents:
- Branch: relates to existing service groups.
- Total TestDrives: total number of TestDrives registered.
- TestDrives made: contacts attended your company.
- TestDrives canceled: scheduled but not realized TestDrives.
- TestDrives pending: scheduled for the future.
