03. Link a Channel to the Chatbot

Keep track of your customers wherever they are. Link your chatbot to conversational channels and automate all your operations.

Prerequisites

The integration of the channel you want to use is first done on the Zenvia Customer Cloud Settings screen. Upon integration, the channels will be available for link during the creation of the chatbot.

Therefore, before proceeding with the tutorial in this article, access the articles below and follow the instructions. Then return and proceed with the reading.

Link a Channel to the Flow Chatbot

  1. Access the Chatbot list and, in the tab corresponding to the type of chatbot, click on the name of the one you want to link to a channel.

  2. Click on Integrations, at the top left of the Constructor.

  3. Click on Link Integration.

  4. Choose one of the available integrations from the list. Check the selection box and finish by clicking on Link Integration.

If the chosen channel is linked to another account and another chatbot, it will be necessary to release the use. To do this:

  1. Expand the chatbot list located just below the integrations list.

  2. Click on the name of the chatbot.

  3. In the new navigation window that opens, click on the icon and choose Unlink Channel.

  4. Return to the integration and click on Update List.

Done! The account will be free and present among the integrations available for the chatbot.

Navigating the Integrations Screen

On the Integrations home screen, all made links will be available. It will also be possible to:

  • Enable or disable the channel by toggling the button . When the channel is activated, all messages received by it will be forwarded to the linked Chatbot.

  • In Options , you can unlink the integration, copy information (such as ID or WhatsApp number), among other things.


Link a Channel to the Generative AI Chatbot

  1. Access the Chatbot list and, in the tab corresponding to the type of chatbot, click on the name of the one you want to link to a channel.

  2. Click on Channels, in the left sidebar menu.

  3. Click on Link Channel.

  4. Choose one of the available integrations from the list. Check the selection box and finish by clicking on Link Integration.

  2. Click on the name of the chatbot.
