Integrate the Meta Ads Manager into Zenvia Customer Cloud and transform your posts into ads with a click-to-WhatsApp feature, allowing your contacts to initiate business support by interacting with them.
Make sure you have:

A Meta ad account.

A Facebook page linked to the ad account.

An Instagram account linked to the Facebook page.
-
A WhatsApp number linked to the Facebook page.

The Meta Marketing integration with Zenvia Customer Cloud. See below.
Link the Meta account to Zenvia Customer Cloud
In Zenvia Customer Cloud:

In the sidebar menu, go to Settings > Channels;

Look for Meta Marketing and click on Integrate;

If you are not logged into your Facebook or Instagram account, log in using your business credentials.
On Facebook:

After entering your login credentials, you must select the business portfolio you wish to connect to Zenvia;

Choose the page(s) that Zenvia Customer Cloud will need to access;

Then select the ad account(s) that Zenvia Customer Cloud will need to access and click Continue;

Set up your data by naming an event data set or use the default name provided and click Create;

Verify the information of the page that Zenvia Customer Cloud will access and click Confirm. Then, confirm the requested permissions and click Save.
Back in Zenvia Customer Cloud:
With the connection established, access the sidebar menu to transform your posts into click-to-WhatsApp ads, convert sales, and track the status and performance data of your ads.
⚠️ Attention: At this moment, this feature is only available for Instagram ads that direct clicks to WhatsApp, initiating business support in the Inbox of Zenvia Customer Cloud.
