The integration between Tiny and Zenvia Customer Cloud allows you to automatically import your contact base, making it easier to use the data stored in Tiny for various communication journeys offered by Zenvia Customer Cloud.

The process is simple: just start by generating the API Token in Tiny and proceed with the configuration in Zenvia Customer Cloud.

⚠️ Attention: This integration is only available for users with Viewer, Operator, or Admin profiles and for the Specialist, Expert, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

Generate the API Token in Tiny

To start the integration, you need to obtain the API Token in Tiny. Follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Tiny website and log in to your account.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on User > Settings > API Token.
  3. If no token is created, click on Generate API Token.
⚠️ Attention: If there is an existing token, simply copy the displayed value. Generating a new token will invalidate the previous token, which may interrupt other active integrations using the old token.
  4. Once the token is generated, copy it to use in Zenvia Customer Cloud.

Tiny Plans and API Token Creation

If you are on the "Start" plan in Tiny, note that it does not allow API Token creation. In this case, you will need to upgrade to another plan.

To do so:

  1. Go to the Tiny website and log in to your account.
  2. Click on User > Settings > Extensions Store.
  3. In the search field, type "API".
  4. Under API Token, click on Details.
  5. Check the plan options and, if needed, make the upgrade.

💡 Tip: For more details, check the Tiny plan comparison.

After the upgrade, return to the beginning of this article to generate the API Token.

Insert the API Token in Zenvia Customer Cloud

Now that you have the API Token, follow the steps below to complete the integration:

  1. Access the Zenvia Customer Cloud.
  2. In the side menu, go to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Find the Tiny option and click Integrate.
  4. Click the Integrate with Tiny button.
  5. Enter the API Token generated in Tiny and click Integrate to finalize the validation.
All set! Now, your Tiny contacts will be automatically imported into Zenvia Customer Cloud. You can access them under Contacts > Contact Base. To check the latest imports, go to Contacts > Import History.
