The Sales Contact Management panel allows you to manage and view information of the contacts who have gone through commercial interactions in your organization. Here you will find data such as interests, contact origin, responsible agent, and the status of the interaction.
⚠️ Attention:
- This functionality is available only for users with the Operator or Admin profile.
- Changes made to the name, phone number, or email in the Contact base are automatically updated in the Commercial contact manager.
Access and use the Commercial Contacts panel
- In the sidebar menu, go to Contacts > Sales Contact Management;
- The page displays contacts in the order of interactions, with the most recent contact always at the top.
You can apply filters and configure the list columns to adjust the display to your needs.
Search and navigation filters
You can refine the contact search using filters:
- Text search: Enter the contact's name, phone number, or email address.
- Period:
- Click on the Period filter.
- Select from "today," "yesterday," "last 7 days" (default), "last 30 days," "this month," "last month," or "custom."
- Groups:
- In the Group filter, select the desired group or subgroup.
- The default group is the highest hierarchical group you have access to.
- Users: Click on Users to filter by a specific user, all users, or contacts without an assigned user.
Customize filters and columns
The default columns include: Full Name, Interest, Origin, Agent, Status, Close Reason, Pending Since, and Creation Date.
To adjust which columns are displayed:
- Click on Filter and Column Options.
- Select Customize filters and columns.
Configure the settings:
Add columns: Check the selection boxes for the columns you want to add to your view. There is no limit to the number of columns you can add.
Reorganize columns: Click the dots next to the column name to move its position.
Set filters: Check the selection boxes in the corresponding column to use it as a filter. You can apply up to 12 filters simultaneously.
Perform bulk actions: Close, transfer and export contacts
Bulk actions allow you to modify or export multiple contacts at once.
Mass selection
- Check the checkboxes next to the contacts you want to modify.
- Use Select all to check all displayed contacts or Clear selection to uncheck all.
- Perform the desired action: Close, Transfer or Export.
Mass closure
- Select the contacts and click Close.
- Choose the appropriate Close Reason.
- Confirm the action. The status of all selected contacts will be updated to "Closed."
Mass transfer
- Select the contacts you want to transfer.
- Click Transfer.
- In the Consultant (Agent) field, select the consultant to whom you want to transfer.
- In the Group field, choose the destination group.
- Click Transfer to complete.
Mass export
- Select the contacts you want to export.
- Click Export. The CSV file will be generated with the active columns and filters.
- When the CSV is ready, it will be available in the Notification Center for download.
