The We Miss You automation is a smart solution for engaging inactive customers. Using artificial intelligence, you can set up personalized messages via SMS or WhatsApp to reactivate contacts and strengthen relationships with your customer base.

Requirements and Operation

To use this automation, it is necessary to integrate the Omie system with Zenvia Customer Cloud. Omie provides information such as customer records, purchase history, and transactions of your contacts, which are centralized in Zenvia Customer Cloud. This eliminates manual processes and offers strategic insights for actions like the "We Miss You" automation.

How it works:

  1. Automatic data synchronization:
    The Omie data is synchronized in real-time. This ensures up-to-date information and eliminates errors caused by manual processes.
  2. Smart automation:
    The automation uses artificial intelligence to analyze the behavior of contacts and identify those who are inactive. Based on this analysis, personalized messages can be sent at the right time, increasing the relevance of the communication.
  3. More effective strategies:
    With data organized and analyzed by AI, you can create more targeted actions, strategically recovering inactive contacts and strengthening your relationship with your customer base.

Available for integrations with Omie and on plans starting from Expert, for SMS and WhatsApp.

How to Set Up the "We Miss You" Automation

Create the automation

  1. Access the Message Sending menu.
  2. Select the We Miss You model.
  3. Choose the channel (SMS or WhatsApp).
  4. Define the content language (Portuguese-BR, Spanish, or English).
  5. Click on Create Automation.

Configure the segmentation rule trigger

  1. In the automation builder, select the segmentation rule trigger, which will start the automation, and it can be:
    1. No purchases in the last 30 days.
    2. No purchases in the last 45 days.
    3. No purchases in the last 60 days.
    4. No purchases in the last 90 days.
  2. Enable the Repeat sendingoption (optional) and define:
    1. Number of days: Inactivity interval before impacting the contact again.
    2. Time measure: Choose between days or months (limit of 180 days).
  3. Click Confirm.

Personalize the message content

For SMS:

  1. A ready-to-use template is available and can be edited. Example: "Hi, {{name}}! It’s been a while since your last purchase. How about checking out the exclusive new arrivals we have for you?"

  2. To change the message content, click the edit icon  and make the necessary changes.

  3. Once done, click Confirm.

For WhatsApp: With the message template already approved, follow these steps:

  1. Add the sender's number.

  2. Select the message template.

  3. Click Confirm.

Activate automation

  1. After that, click Activate automation.
  2. Monitor results directly on the platform under Analytics > Message Delivery > Automation Performance.

Tips to maximize impact

  • Adjust frequency: Consider the customer's average purchase cycle (e.g., 15 days). Schedule the message for 30% more time (e.g., 19 days).
  • Offer incentives: Include discounts or coupons to encourage quick purchases.
  • Use psychological triggers: Highlight customer loyalty in your communication.
  • Avoid overdoing it: Do not offer excessively high discounts or set overly short deadlines.
  • Personalize with TAGs: Use TAGs to include information like point balances and promotions.

This feature helps strengthen customer relationships and increases the chances of winning them back.
