To ensure that Zenvia Customer Cloud works correctly and performs well, it's important that your device meets certain minimum requirements. Additionally, factors such as the quality of your internet connection, the number of open tabs, the use of browser extensions, and network stability can also influence your experience.

In this article, check the recommended system requirements, compatible browsers, and factors that can affect performance, along with tips to improve it.

💡 Tip: For a good experience, your computer should have at least 35% of memory and processor free before opening Zenvia Customer Cloud. Otherwise, the platform might become slow.

To check if your computer has at least 35% of free RAM and CPU before opening Zenvia Customer Cloud, follow these steps:

On Windows

  1. Check CPU and memory usage: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  2. Go to the Performance tab and check the CPU and Memory usage.
  3. If usage is below 65%, it means there is at least 35% free.
  4. Close unnecessary apps: In the Processes tab, see which programs are consuming more resources.
  5. Right-click and select End Task on processes you're not using.

On macOS

  1. Open Activity Monitor: Press Command (⌘) + Space and type Activity Monitor.
  2. Go to the CPU and Memory tabs to check the current usage.
  3. If usage is below 65%, it means there is at least 35% free.
  4. Close heavy programs: If any app is using too many resources, select it and click the "X" button to close it.

Compatible Browsers

Zenvia Customer Cloud is compatible with all versions of major browsers for at least 6 months, including active support and long-term versions. Very old versions may not be supported by developers and could affect your experience.

⚠️ Attention: Keep your browser up to date! To avoid compatibility issues, we recommend updating it at least twice a year. Check the help links to update supported browsers:

Google Chrome (recommended)
Microsoft Edge
Mozilla Firefox
Safari

💡 Tip: Google Chrome is the most widely used browser and currently offers the best performance for Zenvia Customer Cloud. We recommend prioritizing it.

Factors That May Affect Performance

Even if you meet the system requirements, the performance of Zenvia Customer Cloud may also be affected by:

  • Background tasks on your computer. Close any programs you are not using.
  • Number of open browser tabs and how frequently you switch between them.
  • Browser extensions and plugins that may consume a lot of memory.
  • The resolution of the monitor where you open Zenvia Customer Cloud. Very high resolutions may require more computer resources.
  • The stability of your Wi-Fi connection. If using Wi-Fi, try to stay close to the router or use a wired connection for better performance.
  • Your device’s cooling system. If it overheats, performance may decrease.
  • Firewall blocking policies. Some settings may prevent proper functionality.
  • Power mode. If using a laptop, choose high-performance mode instead of power-saving mode.
