In this article, learn how to integrate Webmotors with Zenvia Customer Cloud.

⚠️ Attention: The user used for the integration must have API permissions. This user cannot access the Cockpit CRM Dashboards.

For the Webmotors integration to work correctly, you need to connect via Cockpit and Zenvia Conversion, as we will explain below.

Steps to integrate with Cockpit

1. Log in to Cockpit at https://www.cockpit.com.br/ and go to Users;

2. Add a new user who will have permissions to interact with the API;

3. Fill in the required fields as indicated by the arrows and ensure that the API Integrator permission is selected.

💡 Tip: We recommend that the email domain be something like xyz@zenvia.com or xyz@zenvia.app

4. After creating an API user, activate Zenvia Customer Cloud as a Leads Manager. To do this, you must be logged in with an Admin user.

Connecting Zenvia Customer Cloud within Webmotors 

This can be done in two ways:

Then, click on Integrations > Sirena APP.

Press Confirm and that's it! The integration is now correctly configured in Cockpit. Now, follow the steps below to integrate Webmotors within Zenvia Customer Cloud.

Webmotors Integration within Zenvia Customer Cloud

1. Go to Sales > Integrations and search for Webmotors;

2. When you click, a new window will open, and you must choose the group where you want to install the application and click Assign > Install. To finish, connect your Webmotors account;

3. Click Save in the upper right corner of the screen, and that's it! Integration successfully completed.
