WBuy is an e-commerce platform that helps create and manage online stores, both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B). It offers the necessary resources to sell online, such as store creation, product and order management, payment methods, integration with marketplaces, shipping carriers, Enterprise Resource Planning system, and other e-commerce systems.

The integration with Zenvia Customer Cloud allows WBuy's events and transactional data to be connected with service flows, automations, and multichannel campaigns, enabling more efficient communication with customers, interaction traceability, and increased conversion based on unified data.

💡 Tip: Unsure about the systems, what they do, and how to use them? Check out the article Systems in Zenvia Customer Cloud.

What data can I get with this integration?

  • Connecting WBuy with Zenvia Customer Cloud allows contacts from this system to be automatically created in the Zenvia Customer Cloud contact base.
  • It allows importing purchase data so that Zenvia's intelligence can analyze and classify it based on Recency, Frequency, and Value – RFV, where Recency is the time since the last purchase; Frequency, the number of orders placed in recent days; and Value, the average ticket of the contact during the period.
  • In transactions, you can retrieve the sales history (transactions) of the contact; order – quantity, how many products were purchased in the transaction; product catalog – description, details of the product description in the system; value, total transaction amount (sum of all products); and the invoice – number, series, and issuance type.
