- Connecting Bling with Zenvia Customer Cloud allows contacts from the business management system to be automatically created in your Zenvia Customer Cloud contact base.
- In addition, purchase data can be imported so Zenvia's intelligence can analyze and classify it using RFV – Recency, Frequency, and Value. Recency: Time since the last purchase. Frequency: Number of orders placed in recent days. Value: Average order value generated by the contact during the period
- In transactions, it is possible to obtain the sales history of the contact; order – quantity (number of products purchased in the transaction); product catalog – description (detailed description of the product in the ERP); value – total transaction value (sum of all products); and fiscal document (invoice) – number, series, and type of issuance.
