When building a WebChat flow, you can use it on your website, blog, or even as a landing page.
With the flow already built, saved, and ready to use, follow the steps below to publish it.
You need to integrate the WebChat channel into your account. See the documentation: How to integrate the WebChat channel.
Accessing your WebChat flows
After saving, the flows will be available at Settings > Channels > WebChat.
Publish the flow
In the actions column of the desired WebChat, click the gear icon Configure embed.
The available options are:
- </> Snippet – To add the flow to your website
- Link – To share via URL
Adding the flow to your website
1. Click on </> Snippet.
2. Copy the widget code by clicking Copy.
3. Insert this code before the closing <body> tag in your site's HTML.
To display the chat only on a specific page, insert the code only in that page's HTML.
The widget will be displayed in the bottom right corner of your site.
Sharing the flow via link
1. Click on the Link tab.
2. Click Copy.
3. Done! You can now share the link with your users.
