Learn how to set up business hours in Zenvia Customer Cloud, including weekdays and start and end times for the shifts.
Team working hours
Any user profile can configure working hours to control availability and ensure the correct distribution of service requests.
How to set up working hours
1. Go to Sales > Settings > General settings.
2. Under Business hours, click Manage.
3. Add, adjust, or delete schedules:
a. Enable or disable weekdays.
b. Set the working periods in the From and until fields.
c. To add intervals, click Add schedule.
4. Click Save.
Configuration example:
- Monday:
- From 09:00 to 12:00
- From 13:00 to 18:00
Impact on the service inbox:
- Agents within working hours: Can receive new contacts.
- Agents outside working hours: Do not receive service requests.
