By activate notifications, whenever a new interaction arrives, you will be informed through a sound alarm and a pop-up in the lower-left corner. The audible notification indicates that the service is "ringing" and needs to be started.
To enable notifications, go to Zenvia Chat - Agent Profile, in the right sidebar menu, and under your username, enable Activate notifications.
