All operations of the Zenvia Conversion API allow downloading information in CSV format, making it easy to use in Excel or similar tools.

To perform the download, open the API operation URL in a browser and add &format=csv to the end of the URL.

Example URL:

http://api.zenvia.com/v1/prospects/?api-key=XXXXXXXXXX&format=csv

This way, the response will be automatically generated in CSV format, and you can download the file directly from your browser.
