Learn how to use Zenvia Conversion Bots to handle initial contact with a client
 

Welcome messages are an important first step to help your clients get information as quickly as possible.

 

To create your welcome messages:

  1. Go to Customer service channels and select your WhatsApp line or Facebook page.

  2. In Zenvia Conversion Bots, select the pencil icon to edit your welcome message.

3. Compose your message and click Save.

It's also important to set up a separate away message for when the agent and/or business is not responding to clients.

 

It is very important that there messages are not redundant and they clearly communicate the two different situations. For example:

 

Welcome Message:

Thank you for contacting My Business. You can get all your questions answered here.
 

Away Message:

Our agents are not available at this time. Our service hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
