In this document, we have prepared a step-by-step guide with the necessary information to complete your cancellation process easily and efficiently.

⚠️ Attention: The form must be filled out exclusively by the service subscriber. According to our terms and conditions, the cancellation request must be made at least 30 days before the renewal of your next account to avoid additional charges.

How to cancel the account

To proceed with the cancellation, it is necessary to open a request with Zoe through the Talk to Zoe icon, located in the horizontal navigation menu.
