The objective of the Content Filter feature is to allow the Zenvia Chat Administrator to block the sending and/or receiving of offensive words and files, in order to maintain security and respect in communication with customers. This content filter is important because it helps protect your customers from inappropriate content, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and maintains your company's reputation and integrity by providing only relevant content that supports your customer.

⚠️ Attention: This feature is only available for the Advanced plan.

To access this feature, go to Zenvia Chat - Administrator Profile > Support > Content Filter.

You can enable the Sending Messages or Receiving Messages filter:

  1. By enabling the Sending Messages filter, you will block your agent from sending messages with inappropriate text, images, audio, video, emojis, and documents or with offensive language.
  2. By enabling the Receiving Messages filter, you will block your agent from receiving messages with inappropriate text, images, audio, video, and documents or with offensive language.

You can select the desired filters, and then a Warning screen will appear. If you really want to enable the selected filter, click Yes, enable, otherwise click Cancel.

💡 Tip: Blocked content for receipt will still be visible to the Administrator when accessing the support history.

Next, select the departments for which you want to enable the previously chosen filters. Finally, click Save departments.

Done! Departments selected.
