15. Integrate OLX with Sales

The integration between Zenvia Customer Cloud and OLX allows capturing leads generated by OLX ads and managing them directly on the platform. For example, leads from real estate ads can be automatically distributed to the sales team, with status tracking, agent assignment, and centralized service initiation.

Requirements for Integration

  1. Pro Plan on OLX:
    • You need to be a Pro plan user on OLX to receive leads via email and, consequently, integrate them into Zenvia Customer Cloud.
  2. Deactivation of OLX Chat:
    • OLX chat must be deactivated for lead information to be sent via email.
  3. Integration Email:
    • OLX does not allow changing the email used to send leads. Therefore, you will need to create an email forwarding or set up a new account, depending on your choice (detailed below).

How to Set Up the Integration

Install the Integration in Zenvia Customer Cloud

  1. Go to the side menu and navigate to Sales > Integrations.
  2. Click the Add button at the bottom-right corner.
  3. Select the OLX integration.
  4. Choose the group or user who will receive the leads.
  5. Copy the email address generated by the integration setup.

Set Up the Integration on OLX

There are two ways to set up the integration, depending on your preference:

Option 1: Create a New OLX Account Using the Integration Email

  • Use the email generated by Zenvia Customer Cloud to create a new OLX account.
  • Recreate your ads on this new account to start capturing leads directly into the integrated system.

Option 2: Set Up Email Forwarding on the Existing Account

  • Set up automatic forwarding of emails received in your current OLX account to the email generated by the integration.
  • Emails forwarded with "FWD" in the subject are processed correctly; there’s no issue with this setup.

Finalize the Setup in Zenvia Customer Cloud

  1. Go to Advanced Settings to define the Lead Distribution Rule.
  2. Activate the integration by clicking the activation button at the top-right corner.
  3. Click Save to complete.

💡 Tip: Customize the distribution rule to ensure leads are assigned to the most suitable team or agent.
